Kyle Packer
As the founding attorney of Packer Law Firm, PLLC, Kyle's primary focus is on the various aspects of family law. Kyle draws on his experience in family law and dependency matters to guide his clients through divorce, child custody modifications, and dependency cases, including the termination of parental rights and guardianship proceedings. His vast experience in and out of the courtroom and client-centered approach help him achieve positive results for his clients.
With the understanding that each case is unique and complex, Kyle's number one priority is communication with his clients and taking the time to listen to their needs. This communication allows him to better guide and advocate for his clients while helping them to have a clear understanding of the legal process and what to expect as their case moves forward.
Knowing that life happens and you can't always control when situations arise, Kyle keeps the lines of communication open whenever his clients need him so questions or issues can be addressed as quickly as possible.
As a foster and adoptive parent, Kyle is keenly aware of the complexities involved in family law and dependency cases. His experience and continued education in family law, trauma-related matters, and the foster care system give him a unique and beneficial perspective when approaching his client's cases.
Kyle's areas of practice include divorce, child custody, child custody modifications, child support, spousal support, dependency, adoption, and guardianship.
Outside of his responsibilities within his firm, Kyle is active in serving his church and community and enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.
